I am a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and more than two decades of experience accompanying individuals through moments of transition, change, and redefinition.

My professional background spans organisational development, leadership assessment, career transition, and clinical practice. Over the years, I have worked with professionals, leaders, and executives across multinational environments in Latin America,  Europe and Africa, supporting them as they navigated complex professional and personal crossroads.

Freedom of Mind was created from the recognition that not all transitions can be solved with strategies or advice. Many require a different kind of space — one that allows reflection, integration, and psychological clarity to emerge over time.

My work is grounded in psychological understanding, reflective dialogue, and a deep respect for each individual’s internal process. Rather than offering prescriptive solutions, I provide a structured and contained mentoring space where people can explore uncertainty, identity shifts, and life decisions with depth and discretion.

I work particularly with individuals experiencing:

  • Migration and cultural transitions

  • Career and professional reorientation

  • Periods of internal redefinition

  • Moments where familiar reference points no longer apply

Alongside my professional practice, I have been involved in research related to leadership styles and the psychological dynamics of abusive relationships, as well as volunteer work supporting vulnerable communities in Colombia and Ireland.

Freedom of Mind is shaped by seriousness, confidentiality, and a commitment to thoughtful, non-superficial work. It is a space for those who value clarity over speed, depth over formulas, and reflection over urgency.
